SANDY, Utah — Real Salt Lake’s winless skid extended to six consecutive matches in MLS play with a 4-3 loss to FC Dallas in front of an announced crowd of 20,632 fans Wednesday night at America First Field.
Ran Binyamin scored a late game-winner as FC Dallas (9-5-6, 33 points) took all 3 points from Real Salt Lake, dropping the hosts to eighth in MLS’s western conference.
Diego Luna had a goal and an assist for RSL (8-7-4, 28 points), and Sergi Solans scored for a fourth-straight game in all competitions in the fifth time in six matches in the past month to continue his MLS rookie-leading pace with nine goals.
Petar Musa scored his league-leading 15th and 16th goals for Dallas, becoming the one of the 10 fastest players to 50 goals in MLS history with his brace.
Morgan Guilavogui scored his third goal and recorded his ninth assist since the Designated Player arrived in Salt Lake in the offseason.
