The Claret-and-Cobalt got goals from homegrown 18-year-old Aiden Hezarkhani and second-year forward Ari Piol to stretch the club’s home unbeaten streak to 17-straight against the Sounders.
RSL (1-1-0, 3 points) took its first win of the year in a match that featured five Salt Lake academy alums, while Seattle (1-1-0, 3 points) drew a loss after last week’s 2-0 home win over Colorado.
